Foreign based companies are conducting business in the U.S. during a time trade tension. The trade deficit between Japan and the US has caused acrimonious exchanges in the Congress. It is important for foreign based companies to try to hire U.S. personnel both in management and nonmanagement positions. A good faith effort will often bring good results when applying for a difficult visa abroad.
